Dancing . a very good thing :)

Dance can not be described by any single definition. It can take up many meanings. It can be thought of as an artistic form of nonverbal communication. In a more precise definition generally refers to human movement either used as a form of expression or presented in a social, spiritual or performance setting. Dance can be used to express one’s feelings as well as it can be thought of an art which can be used to communicate.
